Step 1
Thepla is a fantastic tea-time treat that can be made in only a few minutes provided all of the ingredients are available! In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, gramme flour (besan), green chilli, kasoori methi powder, salt, ginger, and fresh fenugreek. Mix all of the ingredients together, then add the curd and knead it into a soft dough using water.
Step 2
Then, take a small amount of dough and form it into a ball. Roll in some flour to coat. Make little dough balls and shape them into thin circles. Then, on a medium burner, heat a tawa. Cook the Thepla on the tawa with Rani Refined Oil or oil. Cook on both sides till golden, then serve with mint chutney and your favourite cup of tea or coffee. You may also serve it with sweet treats like Jalebi or kheer to give your taste buds a flavour variation.
