Step 1
Dry roast Oats in a pan until a light golden colour is achieved. Set them on a plate.

Next, dry roast Poha in the same pan until crisp and light.
Step 3
Heat Rani Groundnut Oil and crackle Mustard, Cumin and Red Chilli.
Step 4
Roast Peanuts and Almonds until golden.
Step 5
Add Green Chilli, Curry Leaves.
Step 6
Now add dry Coconut and roasted Chana Dal.
Step 7
Roast it until the Coconut smells good.
Step 8
Add Turmeric, Hing, and Salt. Switch off the stove.
Step 9
Now add roasted Poha, Oats, Chaat Masala, and Sugar in a pan.
Step 11
Store Oats Poha Chevdo in an airtight container.
