Step 1

One bowl soaked rice and water grind it well. One bowl boiled potato. Grind it well, add rice paste in it mix well.

Add green chili 2 normal, 2 spicy, add salt, cumin seeds, coriander leaves and mix it well. Heat the oil in a pan, Add mustard seeds, garlic cloves, chickpeas, red chili, curry leaves and mix it well.

Step 3

Add tomato, salt, red chili powder, sugar, add ½ cup water, grind it well and make a Chutney that is like paste.

Step 4

Now heat the oil in a pan and fry pakodi mixture till it turns Golden brown. Enjoy chawal ki kurkuri pakodi.
