Step 1
Soak soya chunks and soya granules in hot water for 20-25
minutes. Squeeze it tightly, keep aside.

Now boil plenty of water in a pan, add salt, sugar and soya
in it.

Cook for 7-8 minutes and drain it.

Pour a good amount of water over the boiled soya to remove.

Pungent smell of it, squeeze it properly. Keep it aside.

Now add oil + ghee into a pan on medium to high flame.

Now add all the whole spices in hot oil and let it be
spluttered.

Now add chopped onion, cook it until it becomes in brown,

At this stage add ginger-garlic and chilli paste.

Saute it until the raw fragrance goes out.

Now add haldi, coriander powder, red chilli powder,
amchoor and cumin powder.

Stir it well continuously for a minute, add tomato puree

Cook it for a while until the oil comes out on the top.

Now add boiled soya and salt in a pan, stir it for 3 to 4
minutes.

Now add hot water to adjust the consistency of soya gravy.

Add chopped capsicum, onion slice, soya sauce, kasoori,
methi and lemon juice. Mix it well.
Step 17
Switch off the flame, sprinkle fresh coriander over it.

Serve hot with kulcha.
